‘Board Shorts’ and The Youth Theatre’s ’12 Angry Jurors’ Next Up at 1812
With our Season Three Production of Beyond Reasonable Doubt wrapped up, we now look towards our Season Four production of Last of the Summer Wine.

Board Shorts – Our Short Play Festival
The bakery@1812 presents its annual program of short plays featuring works from local playwrights, which serves as a vehicle for the presentation of new works, and for local directors and actors to showcase their talents.
The 2018 event contains a varied program of short plays which will take you on a rewarding journey through the various genres of theatre.

12 Angry Jurors – Centrestage Youth Theatre
Our Youth Theatre is also back with their second production for the year with 12 Angry Jurors. They have made this production their own and are sure to provide a great night of entertainment.
Following the closing arguments in a murder trial, the 12 members of the jury must deliberate, with a guilty verdict meaning death for the accused, an inner-city teen.
As the dozen jury members try to reach a unanimous decision while sequestered in a room, one juror casts considerable doubt on elements of the case. Personal issues soon rise to the surface, and conflict threatens to derail the delicate process that will decide one boy’s fate.
All tickets are $15 each. Showing 10th to 20th July.
